Salesforce interview feedback
I had my final round of tech interviews on Jan 9th. After hearing the Salesforce hiring freeze, I called the recruiter for feedback. The recruiter says , this time we are not proceeding with you, we will get back after two weeks. When I asked about detailed feedback you did not clear but we will get back to you after a couple of weeks. Are they interviewing more folks ? Not sure why the recruiter is saying both ( Did not clear/we will come back after two weeks)
Could you share recruiter name ?
Usually there are multiple candidates in final round. So possible that they are considering someone else and keeping you as a backup
Same thing happened to me this morning, I got an email from recruiter saying that they will be cancelling my interviews which were scheduled for the next week. 😭😔

Same happened with me. I went for a Jan 7th drive and cleared all interviews. Recruiter said feedback is postive but they have a hiring freeze now so offers will not be rolled. I can continue applying else where. I asked if freeze lifts, will the earlier candidates who cleared interviews will be offered, he told no they will be discarded and fress interviews will happen. This is very unfortunate since a couple of my friends who interviewed earlier had got offers
What about those who have not yet given the interview but have reached the panel interview stage? My recruiter said they are you to wait until they continue hiring.
It sounds like theyre saying you did not clear. We are in a hiring freeze. We are going to let you know in 2 weeks if you are able to talk to other teams. In bengalaru.
