Hi Folks, I interviewed with couple of teams in Salesforce one at a time and the recruiter said I have had a very positive feedback from both teams , but they are extending an offer to another candidate. Recruiter also said she will circulate my resume across other teams for a potential fit. Is it a red flag to interview further with Salesforce or any thoughts on it?#tech
I cant even get phone screens so thats enough of a red flag to me
Depends on how bad you want it. Me personally, I want to leave pretty badly. Turning into a shittier company bc of the culture changes
Not necessarily a red flag, as the roles are typically not pipelines with team matching like other big companies. Typically we interviewed as quickly as possible, and if someone passed then we would make an offer before putting another candidate through a panel. However, not out of the question, as it comes down to scheduling. The recruiter is likely recruiting for multiple teams, and if you truly did well, they won't waste your interviews. If you see another open role that interests you, the recruiter will likely be willing to route you to the right recruiter.
This is very helpful, thanks for the inputs
@OP, can you please dm me the details of the interview
Hi
I''m also expecting to be interviewed soon at Salesforce for senior member technical staff. Can you please share the question asked?
Red flag Not worth it imo
