Salesforce offer evaluation
I got an offer from Salesforce. Confused whether to take it or not as there are no refreshers. YOE 13 Microsoft L63 CTC : 82 L (including stocks) Fixed: 42 L Bonus: 30% Salesforce LmTS CTC : 1.05 cr 1st year, 1 cr 2nd year onwards Fixed : 68L Annual bonus: 7 L Joining Bonus: 5L first year Stocks: 125K USD (4 years)

Bonus would be 10lac. Looks to be low balled for RSU. Base can also go little higher considering experience but not much

Even with refreshers in Microsoft, Your TC won’t be near to what you will earn in Salesforce.
How are you saying that. Can you pls explain?
There is already a difference of 20 LPA in CTC. In salesforce, You will get average 10-12% hike on your base each year. Microsoft offer has a low base and they do not give great hikes as well. Chances of refreshers are less in Salesforce but that does not mean that there are no refreshers. If you do decently well..you can get 50-60k refreshers once in every 2-3 years.
Pay increase is not worth switching that too when you are trading off with tech skills Salesforce is going to offer.
Why do u say 30% for Microsoft, that is 200% target, on target you only get 100. That is true for Salesforce too, on target you will get 15%, if you excel, you will get more + heavy refresher.
