I received offer from salesforce for LMTS position. Should I negotiate further? Exp: 9 years Previous org: One of the top Indian startup Prev comp: 58 fixed + stocks Base: 80L Bonuns: 15% RSU: $120K -> $30K/year -> 24L per year First year compensation: 80+12+24 = 116L Do they give stock refreshers every year and how is the hike?
Base is good, can ask for more stocks 160k
Base is really good. Don't expect stock refreshers every year. Push for more stocks since you won't get stock refreshers every year.
How much they can give? I asked for 150k

Try for 200k, because stock refreshers are not guaranteed. But 150k is also good.

Screening: Typical medium dsa questions not too tough but tricky. 5 rounds: 1st round: DSA 1 medium easy question on array 1 qn on nested list with depth logic 2nd round and 5th round: LLD Caleder with some unusual requirements : got a slightly negative feedback on this, they took another round where asked about tail command lld. 3rd round: HLD Google doc system design 4th round: managerial Asked typical managerial questions on past exp and leadership.
