It depends on the team. Some teams wait till they finish interviewing all the candidates in the pipeline and then make a decision. Either ways your recruiter will get back to you in 3 days and let you know
Depends on how fast feedback makes it to the hiring manager. Generally feedback is expected within a day or so, but sometimes it can take longer if someone is super busy. Hiring manager usually gets the general feedback from them quicker, though. I’d say you should know within a few days to a week.
