Tesla ruined whole auto industry
Had onsite at Salesforce, got positive feedback but told me that they want to move forward with another candidate. In the entire process I never spoke with the recruiter once either before or after. Is this a standard practice at Salesforce? Waste of time.
they can't recycle you?
The recruiter stopped responding
Same thing happened to me. No interaction at all from the recruiter after the initial screen. Automated scheduling all the way though 3 rounds of interviews and not one word from the recruiter even when they closed the job posting. Not even an auto generated note! I found this pretty unprofessional.
Wow this resonates. Shit experience
I have a worse experience. Had an onsite interview for SMTS about a month back and I did really well in all interviews but was ghosted by the recruiter.
How is that a screw up. Sounds standard at any company. Are you saying not taking to recruiter is the screw up?
Its not standard at all company at all…if you pass it they find then other teams where there s a req available. Neeless to say Meta and G dont recruit for exact 1 position at all
The team is recruiting not org or company.. this happens a lot
