I see a lot of msfties from from partner engineering manager to senior VP engineering at Salesforce. Wonder how much they make, coz Salesforce sure has title inflation . Any insights?
well it does say NaN
I'm a manager (non-technical) at FB and make more than this ^^
So was ur title a Director? Because principal title is different and lower I thought. Also were you technical?
Principal is the IC track equivalent of Director in the management track at Salesforce
I know very bad QA engineers became directors or senior managers in salesforce in 5 years. I wouldn’t value their titles that much.
SVP has a 40% bonus target - but base is all over the place $300-400+. RSUs and Options. That is why most SVP and up never leave
VP has 30% bonus and VP eng is over 1 M.

For engineering this seems way off. Svp is 3 levels above director at Salesforce. This looks like director comp. Not sure about non engineering roles.
Thanks. I would expect engineering role to be at least 1-1.5m. Incorrect?
I have no idea but would guess less than 1 m. L8 at G is about 1m and Salesforce pays much less I believe. Check paysa.com maybe they have data.
