Salesforce service cloud Hyderabad
I received offer from Salesforce service cloud Hyderabad for smts developer role. How is the pip, stability and wlb in this cloud. Currently underpaid but have good wlb MSFT. If anybody from that team/org can help to know some data points. More concerned about hiring now after aggressively firing in January. Tc:52 lpa, level 62 Offered: 82 lpa ( 52 base rest variable and stocks) 7.5 yoe #amazon #adobe #flipkart #tekion #microsoft #google #walmart #atlassian
Pip is not there that much . It was virtually non existent till now but after layoffs some pip are there but there are very low. Wlb would be good . Learning is low

@op you can dm me if you want to know more details about wlb and pip culture Wlb is unfortunately not good and won't be surprised if you get wlb similar to Amazon. From last 1 year, many teams in that org working more than 10hrs + Unfortunately there is lot of pip and silent manage out. Don't suggest to join

Hey can you add the comment here about pip and wlb at Salesforce. I also got an offer and have heard so many negative things
I would suggest to use salesforce offer to get higher ctc at a place with better wlb. I declined the offer due to recent negative reviews about wlb and pip in Salesforce. My salesforce offer was 11 lakh more than yours but I have 8+ Joe
Not prepared that much.. also not sure which company is not doing pip now.. i also don't wanna leave msft but tc is getting really terrible and expectations from me has increased terribly
