Leadership has been sending out comms that the company has been focusing on employee wellbeing for the last few years but that is over and we’re getting back to being a high performing culture. So they’re saying the culture wasn’t high performing. Tying reduced sales to low performing culture instead of the reality that it’s due to slowing economy. What about in 2020-2021 when sales were just fine? Was it not a high performing culture then? Effing lame leadership boomer bullshit. #Salesforce @salesforce
Capitol One, why you worried?
It’s an industry indicator and signifies pendulum swinging back to the old school. Also disappointing regarding Elon’s antics rubbing off on others.
Companies have gotten soft since the pAnDeMiC. If you want a big tc you have to be ready to deliver big results
What’s a big tc and what is a big result?

Salesforce now has an activist investor, Starboard, who is now pressuring better profit margins.
How is the morale at Salesforce? Are folks worried about layoffs?
Totally! People are shitting in their pants.
Salesforce might have layoffs. The culture won't change overnight atleast in engineering. You see you cant just change your corporate bs in a single night. One day you give big talks like ohana and equality etc. Next day you can't become pip factory like Amazon. It takes time to reach Amazon level shit
Layoff package cost too much. PiP is way cheaper.
And where’s the mail bro? What is the source of this info.?
Bro
Culture is for sure changing especially with new hires from Amazon and Microsoft who are toxic af. Pip is already happening and people are still leaving left and right. Most orgs are a total mess and leadership is wack as hell. I don’t recommend it to anyone unless you’ve already given up on life.
Wow what a shift in just couple of years 😳
Nohana or Ohana lol. Great product and great colleagues overall but very weak leadership all around
I don’t know what you’re talking about because I do next to nothing while vacationing and meeting with team on hangouts. Never gotten a pip and no talks of layoffs in my department. Got lucky with My accounts and they’re spending 20mill a year
