If you're financially independent and have enough savings/investments choose coinbase without a hesitation
Future is uncertain with Coinbase. Did you try renegotiating with Salesforce using Coinbase offer ?
If they can survive just 1 year at Cb, it can change life quite a bit. They can always get another offer
If i were salesforce HR, i would not negotiate against coinbase offer
How are you getting lowballed so bad at Salesforce?
Probably because I told them I am on a break. But yeah I can’t believe they did a big number on me. I guess their loss.
For EM the offer is too low, try negotiating
Go to Salesforce without evening thinking. binance is king on bitcoin trading coinbase is not the future.
In you case coinbase because it's double tc, also coinbase has quarterly vesting so don't need to be there for the whole year for the vesting.

How long did it take to know the interview results for Salesforce after the last round. ? How much time for negotiation?
It was a drive. All interviews on a Saturday. Got the confirmation within a week. Took another week for the final offer. I didn’t do much of a negotiation(I was also disappointed with the offer)..
How are the interview loops in coinbase? level of difficulty and few details on the rounds?
Initially HR telephonic - 15/20 mins They sent a culture/values fit kinda of a thing where they describe a bunch of scenarios and ask you to choose how you’ll respond. This was unique but liked it. Then system design round Then Tech design review round Hiring manager round Product round mostly focused on how you work with product

If you really hate the money, you can still work at Coinbase and send the other 85L to me. MSFT already pays 🥜🥜
Mostly because the brand and work culture etc are good at SF and there are some risks with CB. But yeah, I’m realising with the offer they gave it shouldn’t be.
