Salesforce has an awesome ESPP plan which makes up for the missing refresher to some extent. Microsoft gives 🥜 in refresher. (I have worked in both companies). On the other end based on the team you have high chances of getting a good challenging work at Microsoft. Salesforce has average work in terms of scalability and challenging work.
