If the package is the same, then you should serviceNow. They have good hikes and Refresher Policy. OR Salesforce to give you LMTS
Thank you for your input. How does the designation maps between Salesforce and ServiceNow. I checked on levels.fyi and shows SN staff is equivalent to LMTS or PMTS. That can't be true right ? Or is it outdated as the salary structure is the same with what I got.
This data is outdated I think. But LMTS is equal to Staff Engineer. But there is a huge difference in salary structure on the same levels. Either try to get LMTS or Staff is a good option with this salary.

This is IC4 level at SN.. yeah my current TC is not that good to negotiate.. both TC is the same so no point asking HR.. Salesforce is not budging they said take it or leave it !
Go with ServiceNow, you will also be getting nice hikes and also nice refreshers every year. And also try to negotiate a little bit with ServiceNow HR for stocks ask for 85k-90k stocks and 3L joining bonus.

LMTS can cross 1Cr in Salesforce. So it maps to Senior Staff in Service Now. You could have negotiated for LMTS in Salesforce for your YOE.
No work life balance, you need at least 10 hrs shift without break to complete your deliverables. You will often see an emails on weekend from directors or Sr Directors on asking about the status.
Is this bad wlb common across SN ..? My top priority is wlb as of now ..

There are other benefits that are there with Salesforce but not available with Now like .. Quarterly 15K health reimbursement, iphone, and free Food plus Salesforce has a bigger brand name compare to serviceNow. I'm confused which one to join ? For SN I have to move to Hyderabad π
