Samsung Memory Architect salary expectation

Hi folks, I have been asked by the recruiter to discuss salary in the next meeting for a Sr. Memory Architect role. I have to provide them a Base, Performance Bonus and sign on expectation. What’s the ballpark number I can give them? I am looking for >20% increase above my TC right now with a Base heavy package. Blind Tax: TC:170K YoE:3+ Location: Bay Area Thanks
