Mobility in Samsung is dictated by managers and is usually a pre-cursor to put you on pip. Another way of forced mobility is if you’re good at your job but your manager has other favourites that they want to protect in the team, so they force you to switch teams. Samsung is a toxic cesspool, so no matter which team you shift to, you’re still in a toxic cesspool
