Samsung semiconductor India offer for fresher

Hi, I'm a fresher(No previous work experience) who graduated in 2022 and I got a job at Microchip Technology 25 days back for Embedded software development role. Last week I got an email from Samsung recruiter that they are hiring a fresher candidate for GPU team and has asked to share my CV if interested. Actually, I had attended coding round of Samsung 2 months back. Therefore, recruiter has stated that I've cleared the test. So I asked the recruiter about the roles and responsibilities of the job and compensation as well. The recruiter was preferring 15 days joiner with CSE background but I'm from ECE background. I mentioned that I've already joined the company and notice period would be 1 month. Also, I didn't share my CV because I wanted to clear out these things first. It's been a week since I replied and haven't heard back from the recruiter. Does it mean that recruiter is not interested in me anymore? how long do Samsung recruiters take to reply?
