may someone working at samsung or know friends working there give us some inside about the company ? structure ? culture ?
If you DM me the names of your interviewers, I can tell you if he's there or not.
you should inform HR, this is very bad
Do you think he is firing bottom performers without involving the HR? Get real :)

The end of Backdoor Roth?!
I interviewed there two days ago. I did not have very high expectations going in but they managed to disappoint me even then. Three interviewers. First one showed up 15 minutes late and didn't apologize but was a nice guy. Second one was a very nice guy but seemed sad about working there. Third one was the bosses boss and he grilled me on "cultural fit." He first talked about how the first six months there will be the craziest and hardest in my life because of how hard he works his guys. He said he wants to fire the bottom performers as soon as he can so that he will only have "A players" left because he is an A player. Because of my ethnicity, he was able to sense that I don't drink alcohol so he grilled me on my religious attitudes towards drinking and if I think that it's "corrupt and sinful" behavior and if I can tolerate that environment. I basically said "to each his own, do whatever you want." He bragged about how he and his team go out drinking all the time and how he and the other director have a reputation of being the heaviest drinkers to the point where they come back to the office and crash on the lobby couches until 6AM and then start working again. He was implying that I might not be a good fit because of this. He asked me about my ethnic background. He then left the interview 15 minutes early and didn't even walk me out of the building. It was the first time I ever walked myself out of an interview. Guess what? Found out yesterday that I didn't get the job. With that guy being my bosses boss, I probably would not have accepted. However, something needs to be done about open discrimination in interviews.
