Samsung vs Palo Alto networks

I have received offers from both Samsung Semiconductors and Palo Alto networks, out of which both are offering a similar gross salary. Samsung doesn't have any stock options whereas Palo Alto is offering a very significant amount of stocks as well. Apart from better compensation at Palo Alto what other criteria should I compare and which will be a better choice to join? #Samsung #paloaltonetworks
