Have you ever rejected an offer from a company after accepting and after having H1b visa transferred to new company? What was the reason and how well the company took it? My reason: my employer raised another round and announced IPO dates which is forcing me to stay longer with my firm...
I’m sorry I’m new to this but If H1 transfer was approved and you reject the offer to stay with the current employer, does your current company have to transfer the H1 back to them ?
No don’t think so. You can continue to work with your current company as if nothing happened
just some blacklisting and serious rapport issue. But there are hell lot of companies. I have done it for google and fb so does not really matter. as long as you find something more interesting :) cheers !
Hats off to you to have found guts to do this with 50% of FANG :)
What story you told them while saying no?
Do whatever suits you.
I did due to Covid uncertainity!
Just do it. Only think about yourself and whats best for you. Employer won't think about u fck them. Also make sure before ipo no layoffs are planned
Blacklisted and one step closer to hell
Blacklisted yes.... but closer to hell? Howzzthat?
Unethical move but you gotta go if you gotta go
