Not really a fan of the team on uber but that stock price target tho Scale AI (senior): 220k base / 800k equity over 4 years (at current valuation) first year TC: 420k Uber (5a): 210k base / 35k min bonus / 550k equity over 4 years (at current price, frontloaded) First year TC: 435k (but I expect Uber stock to at least 2x in the next year) 7 YOE, both fully remote I think Scale has far more long term upside but Uber stock more guaranteed upside

Why do you think Ubers stock will be 2x. It hasn’t been for the last 5 years. They have no additional features or products released and with economic growth slowing down - do U think people will order often on eats and take cabs .??
Check out their last 5 quarter financials- they’re basically profitable as of Q1 2022
