ASM onsite loop
Hello, I have an upcoming onsite loop for ASM coming up, wanted to know more about the onsite interview process and focus areas, so that I can prep ahead. Any insights or pointers are greatly appreciated. Currently working as principal applied science manager. TC: 350K
Not many role-specific questions, like most Amazon interviews. Do the normal “write out 2-3 STAR examples for each LP” to prep like your recruiter probably already told you to and you’ll be fine. For ASM you’ll probably be asked about science breadth and application to see how you’ll lead a science team but less on going deep on specific technical details. MSFT TC for principal ASM is only $350k?
Hence looking to switch, tired of being low balled.
The recruiter mentioned three ML tech rounds, any idea how deep it would go?
