Looking for recommendations for Seattle area companies with good W/L balance and WFH options. TC increase not a huge factor; more concerned about factors like those above as well as things like environment, mature process, mentorship (give and take), etc.. TC: $175k YOE: 10
You’d surely take a huge cut in pay, but AT&T is really good in those two areas, especially in Seattle.
Boeing has world class WLB. TC is decent, below big tech companies. I’m at $115k 2 YOE 737MAX crisis is not a big deal if you aren’t on those specific teams (doubly so if you aren’t even doing airplanes) or if you aren’t in BCA leadership

Puget Sound all has the same pay scale. I’m in Bellevue
Liberty Mutual has great WLB, I work 37ish hrs most weeks. Pay is not competitive though
SAP Concur in Bellevue hits on everything you’re looking for. At least on the technical / functional side.

Usually the teams that are growing rapidly will have WLB challenges. Other than Azure, Teams messenger most orgs have amazing WLB
