Due to various reasons Seattle housing market will see a 15% drop in prices in 2021. Specially suburban north of Seattle like lynnwood, Bothell, Millcreek and others. This is due to - New H1B Rules - Cool down of 2020 spike - Boeing layoffs so make your moves carefully.
Didn't know Abbott makes crystal balls! Very cool ๐
I disagree, market has already dipped due to COVID, and is now stable or going up. The trend will continue next year, unless stock market tanks, or major layoffs happen in Seattle area tech, that is Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Microsoft. None of that is likely.
Prices dipped due to covid? Where?
I just moved here a few months ago. The price of where I live has dropped a couple hundred for an equivalent unit, and you get 8 weeks free vs when I joined it was $1000. Could just be seasonal changes though
Fake news?
This will be a nice thing but it is hard to see housing market drop without seeing stock market drop especially tech sector.
๐๐๐ keep dreaming op, I know you're salty you didn't buy these past years
What new H1B rule is causing this?
Might be the 95 percentile wages?
New h1b rules is a joke and that will be overthrown. Trump only did that to please his base.
Trump himself did not introduce the new h1b restriction
OP, since how long you are waiting to buy a house ?
Good, all my friends are waiting to move to Medina. 15% drop can save lots of money for us.
