Second phone screen with Citadel NXT..
Hey I'm being invited to a second phone screen with Citadel.. Is this standard practice or did I not do well on the first? What should I expect? Same difficulty as first phone screen or harder? TC 220 4.5 YOE

lambda_n Nov 12, 2019Depends on the hiring manager I think. I know for sure that in some teams there is only 1 phone screen, but others prefer 2+ rounds. Do not worry. Expect the same difficulty and same "behavioral" questions if any.
