How to invest in Series A / seed rounds of start-ups?
$200,000 a year for 2+ years and be on track to make that this year, or $1,000,000 net worth.
$300,000 jointly if you’re married
I meet this requirement. The question is how can I invest ie are there funds I should reach out or just rely on equityzen and the likes
I'd recommend you join some angel fund where can also get to network with other investors, learn how they find and fund deals, strategies, legalities etc. There are also syndicates like on Angellist, or find startups to fund by yourself by attending some demo days. + You can connect with incubators with some track record.
Presumably you’re at the level of income/net worth required to be an accredited investor, but if you don’t know what that is, I’d recommend doing a lot of research. In the meantime if you are an accredited investor, getting in with a local angel fund is probably a good choice. Look at their portfolios and reach out to see if they’re willing to take on new investors.
