Felt i should start this thread, to heal myself better from my breakup. A lot of you guys on Blind have been supportive of me ending things with my boyfriend. (Original thread : https://us.teamblind.com/s/qzMJMWiB) But, at the moment i am looking for recommendations on books/podcasts/ youtube channels/ rom coms etc . Things that have worked out for you’ll in bringing up your self confidence and self esteem, cheered you up and lightened your day. Please share your inputs !! Currently i am suffering from physical symptoms of depression like constant stomach aches and continued fatigue, and would like to heal myself naturally, without the aid of meds. TC: 190k yoe: 3.5
Start working out,if you are not doing it already. Even a nice walk outdoors is so uplifting. Get a pet, if you have ever remotely thought about it. Volunteer - it feels good to do good!! For me personally all these helped more than any podcasts/ YouTube channels
Yeah .. I’ve hired a personal trainer for a couple days. I train for 2-3 days a week

I agree with @donendone. You'll be surprised how exercising helps in this case!!!
Workout 30-45 mins daily in the morning. After work, spend family time home/some Netflix series and/or definitely look forward to someone/something that excites you Meditate ... meditate ... meditate

Meditation is a good way to heal. So are vacations, where you get to spend time with loved ones, or you can even do a solo trip!
