Sell vested RSUs/ESPP to buy index funds or not?

What people think about tech stocks which are down about 60% since all time high? My company (not at EPAM anymore) shows great results, but since we are "growth stock", obviously down big time this year. What will recover faster, tech stocks or index funds? Should I diversify my RSUs and ESPP or better keep them, since company is doing really well and does not even plan to stop hiring? If sell, should I buy index funds or keep cash? Asking to calibrate my crystal ball with you guys. TC 320k

ESPP and RSUs are great, but I always recommend to keep the cash and diversify if you are going to invest. Your future RSU vests and ESPP already exposed you to your company. Crystal Ball: Market is going down the tubes. Republicans are setting up a landslide victory in November based on the economy. I think we have a few more months of down at least. Maybe bottoming out after Q3 earnings that forecast a shite holiday season. So I vote cash and either spend or accumulate to “buy the bottom” later.
