Selling agent experience and feedback

I am getting ready to sell my condo in wonderful SoCal in 2019. The unit is currently rented and I plan to put it on the market soon thereafter. I'd like to find out if anyone has had experience working with Redfin and their local agents? Pros/Cons you'd like to share? The last time I sold an investment property I did so without the use of an agent and instead an attorney. Given that this is a condo unit I'd like to make use of an agent. However slightly apprehensive about Redfin. I just don't want to pay 3% sellers fees for someone to simply post it on the MLS w/minimal negotiation skills.

I bought a house using Redfin an enjoyed the experience quite a lot. I’ve since bought another house from the agent they hooked me up with - quality dude, so I’m a happy Redfin user.

I also used Redfin for the longest as a buyer. And at times they made me aware of specials that made use of Redfin seller team. They are great, patient and I felt like they truly wanted to help, not just make a quick buck. I’d also seek proposals from Reali and a couple other competing services to compare value adds.
