Hello all, I've got an offer form Qualcomm San Diego, BP-136000 RSU-100000 over 3 years Joining bonus is 45000 YOE: nearly 2.5 years on RF bench and 0.5 on RF systems (present) I am into RF Systems as of now, I am not sure if I should be going to Production but do you guys think I was low balled ? My present pay is similar with far lesser RSUs Should I accept or negotiate more ? PS: this was the offer after 2 rounds of negotiations #qualcommlife #qualcomm

Yes overall TC goes up if I go to SD, but will be on production instead of RF systems, what do you recommend
About job profile, I think you’d be the right person to decide if you want to make that change.
