Senior Manager GitHub / microsoft salary
What would be reasonable salary expectations for a senior management position at github? also tagged microsoft because I’m assuming the levels / salary are likely normalized across the company?

Microsoft is a shithole
$180-200 base
My salary last year as a senior EM in Microsoft US was $167k. I have seen US seniors earn in the low $170s.
Interviewed with GitHub. Recruiter told me base was 140-160 for senior manager
