Any input will be helpful for my negotiation. Thanks for reading. #EPAM #salarycomparison #salary #salarynegotiation #tech #offer
@jonwick027 Honestly not much. Your responses have helped me do research and ask the community to give their view as well. Thanks.
This is too low and with EPAM getting hit on its stocks (overvalued IMO), many sitting on the bench waiting for work, clients leaving due to operational risk, or SOWs not getting signed.... not worth it. Some people like where they ended up within EPAM but many current hires are going "WTF is going?".

No idea what EPAM systems does but seems really really low for a SM consulting role. You could easily get mid to high 250s at big 4 if this is a non tax or non audit role
Thanks @jonwick027. This is what EPAM does - EPAM Systems, Inc. is an American company that specializes in service development, digital platform engineering, and digital product design. One of the world's largest manufacturers of custom software and consulting providers. The company's headquarters is located in Newtown, Pennsylvania, and its branches are represented in more than 40 countries. (Source Wikipedia) Yes this is a technology consulting role in which predominantly involves leading strategic engagements, supporting sales and PreSales activities from a technology standpoint. Leading business development and demand generation activities - again from a technology perspective. Hands on technology consultant for any client who needs that advise especially related to cloud technologies. Hope this sets the perspective better.
Hmm. How much of an increase is this for you? If less than 20% pass
