Senior Manger-Data Engineering offer @Early Warning LLC(Zelle)

Hi Blind Members! Recently I got offer from Early Warning for Senior Manager position for Data Engineering role at Phoenix location.Getting $40K hike including Base and Bonus there is no stock options since it’s private company. Does anyone working there need to know more about culture and how is the experience working there ? I know this company is funded by 7 major US banks and grown to 1500 employees. Deloitte Current CTC -$161K plus 10-15K bonus(full remote) work become BAU no engineering focused work. Relaxing immediate SM and MD left to other firm team is in limbo state no vision no goals #tech Early Warning offer -185K plus $28K bonus (15% of Base) 2 days office rest day WFH they are moving to cloud so data projects pretty good.#tech Shall I stick to current company or make a move to Early Warning(Zelle) based on current market conditions? Looking for your inputs which will help me to make a decision by Monday.
