Senior PM salary in Microsoft India
Can someone help me understand the salary range of senior PM in Microsoft India (Bangalore and Hyderabad)?

As far i know l63 base is capped at max 45l (exceptions might be there ) and stocks capped at 120k USD and JB max 9 lacs
L63 33L+ base L64 40L+ base 15pct target bonus. Stocks could be anything from 30k to 100k depending on how well you can negotiate and how badly they want you.
Stocks can be more than 100k I think. Know some 62 with 100k stocks as well
Yep. All depends on where you are coming from, competing offers etc etc. If you have nothing, expect to be lowballed like anything.
