Senior SDE Starbucks vs GrubHub offer review

Hi, Please review my offer from Starbucks and Grubhub for a Senior SDE role. Both are fully tlremote opportunities. Starbucks: (Already Negotiated once to get this tc) Base : 145k (Asked for 150k) Joining bonus: Cash: 15k Stocks : 15k vested over 3 years Annual bonus: 10-20% Annual stocks: 12k Grubhub : Base: 165k No joining bonus Annual stocks: 60k No annual bonus Although I know the Tc of Grubhub is higher, I wanted to consider Starbucks coz of the recent takeover of Grubhub by Just Eat Takeaway.
