How are you preparing for system design and behavior rounds?
Same question. Apart from the book (which is for conceptual knowledge) what are you doing for System Design interview? How to approach and all? Can you share links?

I'm looking at Salesforce and been getting instant rejection at resume screen (Senior SWE) even with referral. Guessing I'm applying to orgs under freeze. What should I be searching for/which orgs when looking through job reqs?
The frustrating thing is even employees don’t know. I’ve asked this very question because I’m not wasting my time and energy on referrals if the position isn’t even open.
