I recently interviewed for the Senior Software Engineer position on the Fidelity Brokerage Business Intelligence Team at Fidelity Investments. The HR provided some positive feedback, mentioning that I did well in the interview. However, he explained that the team still needs to interview a few more candidates, and he expressed hope that I could remain the top candidate by the end of all the interviews. It's been over 3 weeks since my interview and 2 weeks since I received feedback from the HR. How long does it typically take for the recruiter to get back? I've already sent a couple of follow-up emails. ex-TC : 130k YOE: 4.5
I was told I did during the interview well, and they never responded to my email for a long time. And after couple of weeks I was told I couldn’t make the cut. But after couple of weeks I was told they want to hire me for a different position. The process between the interview and offer was 5 weeks for me. Sorry Fidelity is really bad with the interview process.
If you made the cut, you should hear back pretty soon otherwise they’ll just ghost you. I know this because I interviewed with them twice.
Hi, could you please share how the interview process was like?
I’m in the same boat as you. I had the interview last week and the recruiter emailed me saying I got positive initial feedback. But nothing else after that. Did you hear back from the recruiter?
They went with someone else
