I'm in my late 30s. Senior TPM, getting closer to Staff TPM level. Engineering degree. Coding has been my hobby for quite a while. Got a LinkedIn REACH Apprentice offer. It is a significant drop in income for me and maybe too late to switch to SWE. I have some rather good coding skills, been interviewed for FB, Google...was on the brink of passing(according to recruiters with a request to get interviewed again in a year's time). Got offers from Tinder and a few more of the same Tier for senior SWE but with a low TC of about $210. I like coding and do it on an almost daily basis volunteering at my current company. (No internal transfers available) Should I go for REACH or stick to SrTPM? Current TC: 240 #linkedin #software #reach
