So, Senior UX designers are at both L5 and L6? And would you say this looks to be L5? This kind of asks for 4+ years of experience and and the lead asks for 5+ experience, and while job description remains fairly the same for both. Im quite unfamiliar how they really differ in scope
Yes senior is l5, lead l6. l5 is typically "this person can contribute on their own without supervision". L6 is typically "this person is an expert or can not only contribute but lead and develop others without supervision". L4 is college grad. Senior Managers are also lvl 6.
