Senior engineer (L4/ICT4/L5/ICT5) Compensation at startups(Uber, Airbnb, Snapchat, Reddit, Square, Open Table, Lyft)
Before posting I did see search Blind but most information was outdated (12-18 months old) TC(base/bonus/RSUs) for Senior Engineer with over 5 years of experience. Uber pinterest snapchat lyft airbnb waymo opentable reddit Can anyone share their TC here. It'd be helpful for a lot of us who're trying to get to Blind standards ;)

I agree, Paysa is way off the scale.
I don’t get why or how people are using paysa. Data Science / data engineering jobs in NYC are being listed at $110-120k base which seems ridiculously low. Those same jobs at lesser companies in Minneapolis are paying $150k base. Also how do you differentiate people with 0-2 years experience vs people with 10-12 years experience.
Where can I get 150k doing data science and buy a house every year?
Why do you think you're senior after 5 years? You'd have to crush our interview to get an L5 offer here.
May be I can answer this after a couple of months.
Is it possible to get L5 at Lyft with 4 years experience? I'm expecting an offer and recruiter said I got placed L4. I gave initial expectations of $180k, 20k RSU's and $40k signing when I assumes L5. After she told me L4 and ballparked 10k RSU's I countered $175k, 12k RSU's. She warned I may not get a signing bonus at all. Fair? She said she was meeting with the founders today or tomorrow to discuss. I think this is for DS Platform or maybe Dispatch.
