Hi, I recently received a verbal offer from a Series B startup, and the recruiter said the equity compensation is 60,000 units of warrants. I did some research and it looks like warrants are mostly given to investors and banks, not employees (from https://carta.com/blog/stock-options-vs-warrants-everything-you-need-to-know). Employees are typically offered stock options instead. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks! #equity #startup
did you even read the question? this constant shilling is getting annoying
Update: Recruiter meant stock options.
