Largely depending on how much you believe the company will be worth a few years later..
Question for you to help us understand/help you more; What sector is startup in? Who were VC that led the B?
Transcription services. Series b was lead by Spectrum Equity
The link may have too few dp and biased towards higher end? What I heard from many people, the usual stock after series b is below 0.1%.
Depends on how much you believe in the company and leadership team. The alternative can be joining a large company and earning much more especially in the ML space.
Is 40000 per year or for full stocks with 4 year vesting
any update?
What is your background?
ML PhD
Makes sense. That’s a pretty standard offer for your background. I’d take the startup anytime of day
