I have an offer from a series D company raised at $1.5b valuation and is offering .06% equity. I have about 5 years of experience and am a senior eng -- any idea what's typical for a company at this stage? Base is not great (175k) and they're saying they're making it up in equity.

BREAKING: Internal sources confirm another round of layoffs just hit emails at Tesla. For real.
Pretty decent equity for D IMO. I’d want market base with that though.
Base is 175k
How many yoe? And location? Honestly 175 + 0.06% could be pretty strong at D, depending. Last part is outlook. Which part of fintech are they in? Only ask because the more platform-y/scalable biz’s in the space seem to usually hit 2-2.5b at C
Is it a fintech that starts with C?
Who dat
Carta?
Cant say without knowing salary.
It's a 900k grant over 4 years?
Correct
5 yoe 175k L5 salary seems pretty standard to me. They def are making it ip in equity too
It's low for faang and my current role. Rh senior band is 200 - 245
location?
It's not a bad offer. It's 400k tc for 5yoe. Whether you should take it or not depends on your confidence on the company's future. But since you're at robinhood trust your friends opinions on it more than you trust yourself.
that’s really good! take it
I also have a series D offer, 3.3 billion valuation, 460k per year, 200k base, rest are stock, but the company won't tell me how much percentage is the equity, is this normal? Do I just do (num shares*price/share)/valuation?
at 3.3b this is normal
Average offer, base should be closer to $190K, equity is decent I would try to get a competing offer so they come up a bit Some Series D data points: https://topstartups.io/startup-salary-equity-database/?team=Engineering&stage=Series+D
Can I get itemized receipt please and name of company
