Hi I see lot of open SWE positions in ServiceNow and at the same time see mixed reviews on Glassdoor. Can anyone provide insights about internal work culture, WLB, compensation, growth opportunities and politics in the company
I would say that people are really passionate about what they are doing, CEO with clear vision, my team has great WLB and flexible with your schedule. Growth really depends what you want, IC or management both way work. They are really supportive with your personal development. Politics exist everywhere. I suggest talk to the team and see if you like it, your future manager is probably an important factor which determine you will like it or not.
opportunities depends on office location. some offices have abundant opportunities and some of them have very less

Is 2.5M enough to retire in Bay Area?
I have heard from multiple people that it is where you want to be if you prioritize WLB. But frankly that’s all I’ve heard because that’s all I ask them (and TC, which is not FAANG but still comfortable)
