I have interview schedule with them for Analytics but would want to know how is the situation there wrt layoffs
I don’t think so as per management. Hiring Would be more specific as needed only. No lavish hiring. I’m an insider.
Nope, had recent reorgs. But 2023 Q1 could be challenging. Will be on the same lines with other cloud companies. So far did great w.r.to other similar companies
Does this reorg included layoffs as well?
Nope, it only happened for very few orgs. With this economy it will be hard for the management not to layoff I think.
They have started to let go of off contractors in some teams. So wait and watch what comes in the next few quarters.
I'm planning on quitting my role at Walmart to join ServiceNow. Should I be concerned?
Walmart - what role and org you are joining ?
No layoffs as per management, at least they are still hiring in my org
There is no layoffs.
Yet
They are doing quiet layoffs which a lot of you don’t know BTW
in which teams ?
No layoffs, my team was reorg but whole team is joining another business unit, stock is still not that down so less chance of layoffs
That’s what you think? In Sales and presales orgs they have been doing quiet layoffs
Really? What do you mean by quiet layoff?
Can I get a referral from someone here ?

They're trying to figure out the workflow to fire people but can't because ServiceNow is so freaking HARD TO USE!
Lol 😂
I feel your pain, I will try to let management know by any possible way. Still, I'm in the eng dept tho haha
