Has anyone had a pattern of negative interview experiences with ServiceNow? I’ve interviewed with them 4 times over the last year and it has been a whirl wind, despite getting positive feedback at ever step. I’ve been ghosted, I’ve been offered a job that got pushed several months and when I followed up the recruiter said they’d “see what they could do”, I’ve completed several final interviews only to be told headcount has changed afterwards…anyone else having an unexpectedly negative experience? #interview #servicenow
I interviewed with them last year for a position. Seven (!) interviews to meet individually with the entire team. After that the hiring manager told me to expect an offer in 3 days. Offer never came. I got a lengthy apology email from the hiring manager after explaining they went in another direction. I was left not only deflated, but mad that they'd wasted so much of my time when I could have focused my energy elsewhere.
Think in current market situation no one really has any stable headcount. They say we are still hiring, we probably are in some areas, but just like Salesforce headcount can move around quickly if you don't fill it fast.
Folks folks folks....hold on recruitment is a busy process and so it rolling out offer. There are so many things yo consider....First one being budget - if there is someone with 80% of your capacity and 60% of your pay available why would they take you in. Secondly candidates expectations and longevity- what if coming from big firms wachi wokas step in feel the air and move on. Thirdly - it's competition. Someone might be better. So don't assume things.
So, basically zero ethics, professionalism and empathy. This reply tells a lot about the culture of your company 🤮

I’ve applied to like 8 jobs that I’m very well-qualified for and never so much as a nibble. They use the platform that tells you when people open your resume too (I think?) and I can’t remember ever seeing them even look at mine. Ugh.
