Adobe ceo said no layoffs in employees all hands meetings .. Now they are doing targeted layoffs every 3 months .. He also said layoff are leadership failures LOL.. I will be happy if seeviceNow didnot do any layoffs
No layoff until they have to. Then they will do it without blinking once.
Love hearing Bill McD talk. He’s very well spoken and I think he’s a man of his word here.
hahaha
Bill McD is solid. Google Cloud needs him as CEO
This guy is back again after changing the user name. How much do you get paid by posting this kind of thing from SN? If you admit it I'd pay you a Bitcoin There are no official layoffs but somehow lots of people started getting piped.
I'm not sure what you are talking about. No worries. You can try again after the cool down period. You should leetcode harder lol
Do you even need to leetcode for Servicenow?
Sounds like an idiotic company to invest in then. Why carry human resource baggage when you don’t need to?
Shopify said that too. Then laid off more than 20% 3 months later
They are doing PIPs and recently changed the performance evaluation criteria
They’re all puppets to major shareholders, he has to even if he doesn’t want to because shareholders/board can take legal action
But do they PIP?
For most organizations, the answer is No. We are aggressively hiring. But for certain departments, bottom 1-2% may get PIP. You won't need to worry about PIP if you are in the top 95% I believe this is identical in all tech companies. Other companies are even worse. Some big techs do Layoff + more PIP. Plus, a small number of PIPs is good for the company because you don't want to work with lazy teammates right?
We're not aggressively hiring. We're just backfilling roles.
