Servicenow compensation review
Hello all, My friend recently got offered IC2 role with the following offer - Base 105 Bonus 10% RSU 50k/4years TC 128 Yoe - 3 Location - Chicago Current TC < 100 Base apparently is at the top of the line so they cannot offer more. Can RSUs be negotiated? Thinking 72k-80k? Thanks in advance #offer I am a recent hire at a different level so I cannot help much with the numbers.
