I am done with my interviews for senior software Engineer at Servicenow. All the interviews went very well. Current salary : 12L all is fixed Year of experience: 7 Location: Hyderabad What is the compensation range for IC3? How shall I negotiate as my current TC is very less?
Give them your appropriate number confidently and tell them your number is in line with what other companies are offering. The compensation range is very wide for IC3 It goes from 30-57L (base+bonus+stocks)
