I am getting interviews call from servicenow HRs for staff role but i am worried whether it will be downgrade to go from salesforce to servicenow. I joined salesforce 1 year back ,leaving now because of my manager and possible poor rating in upcoming appraisal plus not happy with work. I heard good things about servicenow but I am doubtful whether they will be able to provide decent offer compared to my current ctc in salesforce as never heard them giving good offer. Ctc: 54 base + 100k stocks for 4 years Yoe: 10+ Role: smts Please help 😞 #servicenow #salesforce
You should be first worried about getting an offer rather than thinking about downgrade. How about being unemployed ? In this current economic situation getting a job offer is also challenging.
Yes i agree but going through interview process is exhausting task and in end i dont wanna hear we cannot match your ctc. Already in interview process with some other companies (like oci, intuit ,atlassian ) it is just dont wanna miss servicenow if its good choice to join after working in salesforce and fang level companies in past.
Mostly likely they will match your TC, just discuss with them before interview.
I told HR my ctc but they are telling first lets complete interview process 😞
They can give till 90-95 for staff if they really want you.
Base salary?😲
Can go till 60
DM for ServiceNow referral
Already process initiated it is just i am not confirming interviews dates since i have no idea about servicenow brand, expectations of ctc
I received an offer from Salesforce yesterday and I'm declining the offer as the TC is lower than ServiceNow.......
I declined, but it seems like it's negotiable.... It's quite difficult to decide.
compared to brand value .Are they same?
Which org in salesforce OP?
Availability
ServiceNow seems to have a bright upside potential with respect to stock and they also give refreshers every year, unlike SF.
Who said service now gives refreshers? None of the people in my team got refreshers.
Most years, most people, but not all people every year. New hires and IC1-2 sometimes have to be wait a year or two. Which team is that @ESPB?

Ok but will it be worth trying? Do servicenow pay well ?
