With their recent news, stock is crashing fast. Is it good idea to buy it while low? #personalfinance #investments #zillow #stockmarket
The trend in the market right now is not to touch a crashing stock. Only buy stocks which are going up with the indices. A lot of stocks are at all time lows and consistently making new lows even when indices are making new highs.
You are not making any sense
What is not making any sense? You buy a stock assuming you got a deal (50% from all time highs) and then it crashes 50% more. You buy a stock at all time highs and it goes up 30% more in 6 months.
Short if anything
No, short em. House prices are too damn high because of them, they shall feel the burn now
Are they faltering because no one is buying houses?
If you think Zillow’s iBuying program, which started in 2019, is the reason that housing prices have been skyrocketing for 30 years, then it’s hard to know what to say
Wait, it's just the beginning of the end!
200k+ loss since the peak in February. I'm an ex-Zillowite. So these are my RSUs that I have kept. I don't suggest buying or selling the stock atm.
If you remove their house flipping business it's still valued at around 25 PE ratio which is expensive for their software business
I agree with everything in your comment, but it is funny to think TSLA is like 300+ PE and keeps going higher. Unfortunately PE ratios have been completely ignored for most stocks for a long while.
That but also Elon Musk makes dank memes and likes DOGE. 🐶
Suggesting you to buy meaning suggesting someone else to sell (without selling there is no buying and vice versa)..
Telling the obvious
Of course!
Buy... They literally got rid of money losing business. Without that it's adtech which is cash cow
Good money don't chase bad
