Feelings: I feel I can give in my best to try to hit promo in the next 2 review cycles. Motivations for promo is increased pay & refresh hopefully. My question - Is it worth putting in the extra effort. Will the change in compensation be significant, my RSU is front loaded so my 1st yr TC is about 193k in Cad? Like how much change should I expect for promo?. If I CME, will I still get increase/refresher. Will EE/SEE/Superb make any difference even if no promo. Performance tips are welcome too. Good question, in my opinion it is always worth it to put in extra effort in Year 1. You will bank on those successes well into your career.
